On the first day, I went in to inquire about a vehicle, and the atmosphere from the get-go was exciting. I was impressed with the professionalism. Everyone was delightful, smiling and polite. The salesperson Joel was extremely helpful and patient with all my questions. He kept me informed from beginning to end, and it was a great experience. The young lady who gave me a tutorial on my car on pick-up was very bubbly, friendly, and knowledgeable—a great experience from beginning to end.
