They are a great place to bring your dog. I'm not sure why anyone would post fake reviews to try and hurt a small business is beyond me. They may not accept your dog because it isn't the right environment for them. You may not be their ideal customer either. That being said, they are definitely a business that is for the safety of all dogs who attend. You definitely get what you pay for here.

The staff at the ruff house is top notch! You couldn’t ask for more caring, friendly, compassionate care givers for your fur babies. They have extensive knowledge on such a variety of different amazing things and offer grooming, daycare, boarding, natural products, and expertise! My dog Kira and I have always loved coming here and have always felt welcome. Huge thanks to owner Jon for always being there for all our questions and of course for loving Kira so much too!!!

Ruff House is incredible! They go above and beyond for the rescue that I fostered and adopted through (Bullies In Need). Their services are inclusive, effective, but most importantly SO MUCH FUN. Ruff House hosts events for our rescue, has given tons of food donations, raises money for surgeries and generally are just incredible peeps. From dog day care, to positive training to a retail store- this place has it all. They are breed inclusive and you always feel welcomed when you enter. The owner also makes a point to support local food and treat companies through out the retail store- which is really nice as we have to support local. They also give back to the rescue community with donations of food, hosting events or if you have an allergy dog like I do- they will even source items you might need. They are one of the good guys
