Getting my test done was quick and easy and everyone I spoke to at Sleep Efficiency was kind, patient and helpful. I particularly appreciated that you can book a half hour consult to go through your results, and ask any questions you have.

Easy to use - they delivered the machine to my door - and I was able to do the test at home, in the comfort of my own bed. Not Nick, but Sonya, lol... This service was perfect - I didn't have to wait for a hospital sleep test which could take months, plus I was nervous about sleeping in an uncontrolled environment.
