This place is AWESOME! We brought our golden retriever puppy here for his first haircut and the staff was so friendly and knowledgeable. They counseled us on the best kind of grooming for his breed, and he came back looking clean, fluffy and gorgeous! They were also so comfortable dealing with his puppy energy - we could tell he had a great time. We will definitely be returning and will recommend this place to all of our friends and family with pets in Ottawa!!

Katie, the owner, is such a beautiful human being. She's great with all dogs. And from what I see, the animals love her ❤️

We’ve had such wonderful experiences here. The staff is super friendly and our dog always come back looking so good!
