The customer service was amazing. Very polite staff. The food was tasty. We have tried cauliflower pizza and pasta. Both of them tasted good. We are definitely coming back to try more varieties. The quantity was decent and sufficient for lunch.

Food was pretty good. Italian Wedding soup was hot and tasty. Double Bacon was good with lots of bacon. Our server Justine was excellent. Very friendly and efficient. I would say the best server I've had this week in Ottawa.

We took our daughters birthday party of 11 people to ESM on Hunt Club this weekend. Not only was the food delicious, service was fast and the staff and management were so nice and went the extra mile to make our daughter feel special! We were able to bring our own cake but had forgotten candles so they provided sparklers to make it so special.

Great food and great service! We hadn’t been here in ages but decided to stop in for their $2 kids meal promo. Our server was very friendly and was good with the kids. They were understaffed (everywhere is these days!) but I could see everyone was working hard and our server was attentive to our needs.

The food was amazing, we tried the pepperoni pizza and double bacon carbonara, and the waitress when above and beyond. The only reason why I don't give 5 stars if because the washrooms were smelly and not that clean.
