Mexicali Rosa's

We were a group of ten. Everyone was very happy with their food. Lots of great choices, portions were large.

Service was cheerful and friendly. So why not 5 stars? A couple of us asked for water that never did arrive. Tired of waiting we eventually had to get it ourselves. Same with the cutlery, my food arrived and I noticed I didn't have any cutlery so I asked for some, it never arrived either. I waited about ten minutes as my food kept getting colder. Finally tired of waiting I got up and took a knife and fork from an empty table.

There were lots of staff, restaurant was less than half full. I can only assume the waitress was just forgetful.

Overall great food, nice decor and prices were good, I would definitely be back.

We ate nachos and it was absolutely great. Friendly service and didn’t wait long for our food. Will definitely come back to try the other meals in the menu too

I have to admit, this hasn't in the past been a favourite place of mine, but my kids love it and so we had dinner at this location a few days ago and I was really pleasantly surprised with the service and the meal I had. Fresh and very tasty and I will definitely go back really soon again. The problem is that I myself work right next door and it might be difficult staying away :-).

Overall enjoyed my experience. Food was good, portions were a bit smaller thane expected but the flavours were on point. I recommend this place to any Mexican food junkies like me! Place is clean and well kept. Service was quick.

Staff here is wonderful. Food is fantastic with great service. Karina, Cecilia, Talia, Robin, Erika, Sam and Kwanzaa are awesome. I would highly recommend this beautiful restaurant if you like Mexican food. They have great weekly specials too. 2 for 1 fajita Wednesday is my favourite.
