I have to add a review as I saw the other one here... I once had them drive my gear to me during a snow storm as otherwise they would not honor the 24h I paid for.
The drop off locations on the other hand can be unreliable... so make sure you blame the right place. I have no complaints with this service. I have big issues with some of the drop off locations.
