This is the best experience I have had with a health service in Canada.

The appointment process was smooth and pleasant. The Barrhaven center is accessible, clean and organized.

I would like to thank Giovanna at the front desk. She was very helpful and kind, she put me at ease with her beautiful smile.

I would like to thank Katie the audiologist. She is a high level expert, she took care of me immediately and cared about every detail. She also gave me valuable advice.

The center policy is focused on quality of service and customer satisfaction. Money is the last thing on their mind, and it's really rare here in Canada to combine all these elements.

Unfortunately there are only 5 stars as I would have rated the service I've received at 10 plus. Clayton Fisher is not only thorough and professional, he shows that he truly cares and wants to provide you with the best available options to improve your hearing. Most business people I encounter these days leave you with "it's a job" feeling, not Clayton, he truly cares and knows his profession very well. Strongly recommend Robillard Barrhaven and ask for Clayton Fisher.

Clayton Fisher has been wonderful in helping my 90 year old mother with her hearing aides. Her English is very limited and yet, he listens and speaks clearly with much patience.
