Delia Cloutier is an excellent audiologist who cares about helping her clients have the best experience possible. For example, when I purchased my hearing aids, Delia recommended the make and model that might best suit my lifestyle. I was able to try demo hearing aids for a few weeks before making the purchase. After the purchase, Delia met with me a few times to make small adjustments to the programming. This level of customer service helped me to have a great experience with my hearing aids.
Hearing aids are an expensive purchase and it's important to have a helpful audiologist to advise you. Customer service for repairs or questions has been consistently excellent. I would recommend this clinic for people of all ages, including children being seen at CHEO. -

She is very open to meeting with family members as well to help with the process if you are dealing with an elderly family member. I would recommend the Barrhaven Hearing Clinic to anyone looking for any issue related to a hearing problem or concern.
