I had an amazing experience with sean today after my phone broke at my work. He discussed ways to fix the phone before setting me up with an even better deal than I had before. He discussed ways to protect it in the future and also was very helpful in setting me up with a tablet!! Great sales rep and saving me money!

I received outstanding service at this location today. Gabriel, our sales person, went above and beyond what was expected to solve a technical issue that I was having. He even accompanied me from the Rogers store through the mall to the Fido store to assist in transferring over a phone number. After almost 3 hours, he solved the problem. He was courteous, professional, and helpful…can’t say enough good things about him. Thank you so much.

Stopped by to get some info. Despite not knowing exactly what I wanted, the person was able to help me sign up for Connected For Success. The tech came today and was very patient and professional. Wish someone would have told me I needed to order the TV box separately, though.
