I’ve lived here for 3 years now, my partner has lived here for 10. There’s a real sense of community in this building. There’s a very nice swimming pool, a small convenience store, and a library. The apartments are a good size and are very quiet.

The staff is so friendly and welcoming. It is not easy to move from a different Province. Still, they made my experience much easier, from a smooth lease process, to moving all my stuff into the apartments, to fixing things in a couple of hours (only needed twice). The manager is a wonderful lady who knows her job very well, and the doormen are always very gentle and will put a smile on your face when walking by them. Maintenance is always a challenge, but they have taken significant steps to keep this building comfortable. The location is beautiful as right on the river with a beautiful view. The neighbourhood is very quiet and excellent for walks and runs.
