Contract covers all our needs. Building is well kept and maintained.
Any maintenance requests are scheduled in a timely manner. Good variety of tables and the chairs to go with them Three washrooms are nice to have access to! Small kitchenette available to make coffee/tea. There is also a modest sized fridge. Lots of outlets in main room. Excellent space for meetings and presentations.

Great space for our meetings. Small kitchen with good water source; air conditioning and ceiling fans; lots of tables & chairs. Clean environment and comfortable; decent parking; quiet neighbourhood; easy to find. We will continue to use this space as long as we can! Thanks!

Not very well kept being that it is city run.. location is great though..
