Uppliva Sauna & Steam

Love Uppliva Sauna & Steam! Have been an RMT client of Sarah’s for about 1.5 years now. Recently had my third RMT treatment at Uppliva, and it was blissful. The atmosphere is so calming and it’s truly an urban oasis. I haven’t don’t the sauna & steam circuit yet, but may give it a try as we come into the colder season.

My daughter and I spent a lovely morning at Uppliva. Such a peaceful environment. Spoiled with Coyuchi waffles robes and comfy footwear. Enjoyed selecting from the menu of spa treatments, especially the complementary sea salt scrubs. There are limits to the number of guests, so feels very intimate, not to mention safe.

I had the privilege of attending the soft opening of this amazing new spot and was blown away with how wonderful it was. From the first few steps into the spa, I knew it was going to be nothing less than magical. I was able to use all the amenities and can attest that they were top notch. The owner was so friendly and accommodating. I can’t wait to go back and recreate my experience

This is an amazing new business that I feel lucky to have found. I love saunas at baseline, so this place feels like it a dream turned into a reality. I felt so calm and rejuvenated after my evening at the sauna and steam circuit. The owner and others working there that I've met so far also factor significantly into my positive impression. I can see myself becoming a regular and look forward to using the "punch pass" system!

My first visit at Uppliva was glorious! I adore Sarah, the massage therapist, who I have been going to for years. This experience with them was made more special by the serene atmosphere and gorgeous design at the spa. I can’t wait for Uppliva’s additional services to open up! 10/10 would recommend checking them out.
