WEST236 - CLV Group

'm not sure what all the terrible reviews are about. Tanya and her team have been nothing but amazing to us. I enjoy my stay at West. The apartment is clean, no pests or even insects ever seen. The apartment suite is beautiful, spacey and everything is well maintained. The balconies are nice and the views are beautiful. I watch dozens of sunsets from my balcony. I am very happy with how organized and professional everyone are and you can see a great teamwork. Always responsive and Tanya gets back to any of our questions within minutes.

I had amazing experience with renting apartment. This is perfect place to live. The staff is attentive and friendly. The building has everything you need for a comfortable life. I love my apartment with perfect view to hills).

Great experience with CLV Group. Everything was fast and easy. Samantha had a lot of grace and patience showing us repeatedly all the available units and always returned our calls within the hour. Tania was super efficient with the application process and payments. Jason, Asilica, Gladys made the moving process glide easily and effortless and Ryan fixed everything needed during the first week. A GREAT TEAM LED BY RICHARD!!!

Jason McMillan, the community leasing agent I had the pleasure of working with while visiting WEST236, was incredibly helpful. He was very patient with all my questions and quite responsive to texts/emails. The fact he stayed past his work hours to help me secure my new unit, all while being very kind and not the slightest bit impatient was deeply appreciated; it was like working with a good friend.
