(September 6, 2018, 10:52 am)As others have mentioned it’s a very well managed & maintained building, and there’s a lot of amenities offered; pool, saunas, gym, woodworking shop, squash court, laundry etc. Great place to live. Close to downtown by the bus station, close to malls, groceries etc. Heated underground parking.

The facilities are exceptional, the view is stunning, the location is perfect and it's overlooking the Ottawa for great hikes along the river. There is a store for added convenience, a pool, saunas and a workshop. I feel safe and secure whenever I visit with my children.
