New apartment.
It's definitely not in top condition but it's kept well cleaned and repairs are done quick and the washers and dryers work well and there's no bugs and it's in a great location and Ken is a great superintendent so for the cheap rent I don't have anything to complain about.

From my first point of contact until my actual move in, Ken has provided me with exceptional customer service. He answers all of my questions thoroughly and promptly and even prepped the unit for my early arrival so that I could get settled in
The lobby is bright, clean and secure; the building is quiet; my unit was newly renovated along with a new balcony and I love it! There are new washers and dryers and we also have underground parking.
You can't beat the area. It is a 2 minute walk to the river and 4 minute drive to downtown Westboro.
As a young professional, I am extremely proud to call 61 McEwen my home!
