Richmond Park Square

Living at 1285 since more than a yr now and have never regretted my decision. Beautiful view from my patio with great management. One call to the building manager and your problem is solved. People are friendly, so are the pets. there’s no smell in the corridors unlike other buildings and there’s air conditioning in the summers
The only drawback is their twirl pool. It’s not fixed since many yrs apparently.

Update (in Aug 2022)
Moved in a two bedroom here. Spacious and renovated.
Complained about stinking neighbours and the management responded quickly and took the necessary actions
Whirl pool still not fixed

My wife lived in Richmond Park Square before we were married and when we retired over twenty years later, we moved back! Not a bad decision. We are, though, finding it a bit pricy, so don't move here unless you are prepared for the expense. Repairs are done promptly and well, office staff are for the most part, kind, considerate and helpful. There has been a few staff turnovers in the 18 months we have been here, but there did not seem to be a gap in services. Laundry rooms are always clean and tidy, but sometimes the laundry service is slow to fix broken machines....but there are lots of others.
