Well .my mother in law lives there very clean, organize comunity feeling anf very big ob rules
Great building. Clean. Well kept. Friendly. Live in Superintendant is a bonus and all staff are great. All ages from 40 up. Good sized condos. Lots of space. Large balconies. Great amenities. Excellent access to the building and excellent visitor parking. Spacious garage parking. Nothing is missing. Love the Halcyon.
Location! Respectful grounds and excellent clean atmosphere in hallways and public shared rooms for owners of condos.
I was just a visitor but it looks very nice and our friends who live there just love it. Great views and close to shops.
