I haven't used their service but i estimate their labour rate is around $250 per hour. Too expensive. I was able to find a good mechanic that charges only around $80 per hour for the same job and they have a huge and brandnew parking lot.

Sime, Ante and the rest of the team are awesome! We've been taking our two Volvos to them for almost 10 years and have always received amazing service. Old school customer service + new school capabilities. Can't miss.

Been bringing my '04 XC90 here for the last 5 years or so. They're usually very busy, but despite that, they still treat me like family and are more than fair with their prices on bigger jobs. Though I'm in Toronto often, I try to plan any repairs I can't handle myself, around when I'll be in Ottawa, just so I can bring it to them.

Great service on my Volvo. They were able to fix a problem in an emergency situation in a couple of hours. Very accomodating, informative, open and friendly. Thanks!
