“Once we easily scheduled a time and date, Denis and Ruth welcomed us into their cozy home on a winter day. They got to know us as a couple before asking us details about the ring, which felt really special and different from the rest of our experiences. We knew that with Denis' many years in ring making that he was the one we wanted to create this forever gift. During our discussions about the vision of the engagement ring, they listened to our needs and added their expertise and advice through it all. They reassured us of the quality, price and process and left nothing out. We left our appointment feeling excited and even more in love! Ruth quickly sent us the quote with the details and we did not hesitate to accept. Throughout the entire process, my fiance was kept up to date and confirm various elements (as I was left to be surprised for the final touches). Even through a pandemic, Denis and Ruth were able to guarantee us the perfect ring on time for the proposal. When the proposal came and my fiance opened the ring box, the ring was so beautiful I couldn't even look at it. We went with a solitaire, Charles and Colvard Forever One Moissanite with a hidden gallery. Thank you Denis for your craftsmanship. We could NOT be HAPPIER! They showed her care like she was their own pet, even when she was being "Angry Agnes" (I promise she was the sweetest cat outside the vet haha). They did their best to give me what I was looking for and it was delicious. Will definitely be my go to spot from now on! Edit: Tried a second time and the Chow Mein was incredibly saucy and I was not happy, so I've deducted a star. The rest of their dishes are awesome. The dentist is very thorough and spent a lot of time talking with me and making sure I understood any concerns or issues I had. The facility is new or newly renovated and gorgeous! The dental hygienists seemed very experienced and were continually checking in to make sure I was doing ok and not anxious during the cleaning. Best dental experience I have ever had!”
