Saw Dr. Irani today and he was thorough and attentive.

In the middle of the pandemic, I broke my glasses. I was very worried but I got in touch with Steve at eyedocs. He met me outside his business came to the car with his mask on and took my glasses and fix them and gave them back that was super super helpful to me and he didn't even charge me a cent so thanks Steve and you're a great business ????

Needed emergency eye exam due to allergy. My GP didn't give me a referral, which would have made the exam free through OHIP. Their staff member Luisa went above and beyond to fix this for me by following up with my doctor and refunding me. Thank you Luisa!!! Dr. Condran is very efficient and articulate.

Wrote a review 2 weeks ago. Issue resolved on arms on glasses. Above and beyond with Mark at Westboro. New glasses which cost only extra for frames last week. Mailing down to States to me at no cost. Sending to me today. Thank you. . Very fast, exemplary service. Much appreciated. Spent an hour and a half with me. Can't believe my glasses ate ready as they are custom with all the bells and whistles.
