“I've been going to the Bank St location since 2010 and it's always been the same people working there. I've called or gone in person and have gotten a straight up answer every time. The rates are extremely competitive and I challenge you to find a better deal elsewhere. I have gone to three other exchange joints in Ottawa and none have offered as good a rate and consistently good service. Having gone a dozen times over the years, this is the only forex bureau in Ottawa I use now.”
