Staff is really helpful and really ready to listen.
I work as Health Navigator for Newcomers to Canada who might not know how to navigate the healthcare system. Carrie the receptionist was so pleasant and ready to help. Dr. Melanie Baur was so patient and ready to support client finding resources for coverage for their specific device needs. She is also culturally sensitive and appropriate.
My client had amazing experience.
I would highly recommend this clinic and this provider.
