“I moved in last summer with my kids and I have found the surrounding neighbourhood and building community to be safe and friendly. There is access to bike paths and a great toboggan hill a few steps from the building. I had a couple questions and issues since moving in and found the Minto staff to be extremely responsive and helpful. I'm quite happy with the building and am not looking to move any time soon. The only thing that would make my stay better is an underground parking spot. Who likes parking outdoors in the winter? LOL”
