“I felt like I was on a production line...she come in, adjust without doing any real analysis on a on me, and leave. My file was put in the door with my name fully showing so she'd know it before he entered the room. Doubt if I saw her on the street he'd know who I was or anything about my condition. His adjustments hurt, too. Shooting pain. Staff, however, were great. Covered up her lack of focus on patients. Pushed the "package" deal so that I'd sign on for long term. I was never given a re-analysis after the first one (that is, never provided an update using all his gadgets on how her adjustments were making my spine better - perhaps they weren't). So rating on knowledge - can't say. Needless to say I am no longer a patient. I'm surprised by all the great reviews.
