(March 5, 2019, 4:25 am)These guys have a solid system going. When someone backed into my car I brought it in here to get fixed up. They have a great process and you don't even have to leave to get a rental..everything is done on-site!

(May 4, 2018, 12:11 am)Please, please...do NOT even think of going anywhere else, use these guys, they are the BEST and that is an understatement. I went there after my back window was damaged by falling ice at work and though glass was fixed, there was body damage and my insurance company Belair direct sent me here and what can I say...guys were unbelievable. I was explained everything, made me feel like I was truly valued...given all the paperwork, nice rental car with full tank, they followed up with me constantly to ensure I knew what was going on and work done was UNBELIEVABLE, to say the least. I wanted to write these reviews, because its so RARE in today's society that company treats clients well like these guys do. I come from country where scam is way of life and I know one when I see it and these people are far, far from that. In 100+ countries I been to and stayed at some pretty spectacular places and restaurants, I can think of only 2 places in the world where they treated me as good...shangri-la hotel is Sydney, Australia and Buirj Al arab in Dubai...nothing else compares to service I received at Intact service centre. Do yourself a favor and do not think for a second of going anywhere else...you will regret it.
(December 21, 2017, 2:34 pm)Great Service, very convenient as a client, you just come in for your appointment drop off your car, they go over the rental contract with you, don't have to worry about buying any extras you don't need on the rental, once you've had the chance to ask any questions you jump into your rental and you're on your way, they take your car to and from the garage so you don't have to take any time off to deal with your claim, great idea, great service and great staff!
