While State Farm as a company, which had very competitive rates up to until about a few years ago when it significantly raised its rates (my home insurance went up over 20% in one year!), is getting to be much more profit-oriented and less customer-oriented, the Dan Sims agency, and specifically its staff like Jennifer, Sharon, John and Adam have always been courteous, friendly and helpful to me. That is the main and only reason why I have kept most (I did switch my home insurance to another insurance company when Dans Sims could not do anything in that respect) of my business with State Farm.
