Someone rear-ended me this morning. Outside damage wasn't the worst but I was paranoid something mechanical may have been damaged. Patrick answered the phone and I explained to him that I don't understand too much about cars other than the basics. There was definitely some panic in my voice. Patrick invited me to the collision center right away and walked me through the steps/explanation to help put my mind at ease...and it certainly did. I really appreciate his help!

I've always believed that customer service should be the primary concern of any business. In my case, a few minor adjustments were required to the final fitting of some parts, which Patrick and his staff gladly took the time to do, and I can be a tough customer sometimes. Repaired my car to my satisfaction, like new. On time and on budget. I can't say the same for some body shops that I've dealt with over the years.
