YARMAND

When trying to set up a purchasing account for my business I was a little disappointed in the way my inquiry seemed shrugged off and dismissed. I have since dealt with this company several times and they have been friendly, helpful, and great to deal with. They seem to get product shipped out quickly, although shippers seem to take their time on occasion which is no fault of Yarmand. The only other issue that I have encountered is that it can be difficult to get through to someone on the phones to verify stock before placing an order. I would continue to do business with these folks without question.

Extremely happy with service. Ended up having same day delivery - which was unexpected but very convenient. Also very happy with new Ariens snow blower. Has been needed now in Ottawa more than once and am completely happy with it and its performance, Much stronger than my old snow blower! Great service and great snow blower!

Pick up and delivery are always on promised times. Customer communication is well done. My snowblower is over 20 years old and still cranks up after one pull of the cord. Yarmand has always serviced it well throughout the years and lets me know in detail what needs to be serviced so the unit will last hopefully another 20 years! Can be pricey however I would much rather pay 300 bucks for repair with parts than 3 thousand for a new machine that most likely won't last as Long as the one I have. THANK YOU YARMAND for keeping my old snowblower running strong! I highly recommend to check them out.
