Heather and Shane are great! They are super knowledgeable and have helped me bring my anxious dog out of his shell. I love taking him in to get groomed and he's happy being there. I would highly recommend checking them out!

Thank you Shane and Heather for providing a wonderful service for dogs, and their pet parents alike! It was clear from the moment we walked in that they understood dog behaviour. Nate (a rescue) suffers with Anxiety, which Shane detected immediately. A lot of time and care was taken to establish trust with Nate, before he was taken in for grooming, where Heather worked her magic. Nate and I left feeling not only positive about our first experience, but how excited we are to return in the next 6 weeks. I highly recommend Pawsh Pets, for their excellent service, wonderful staff and affordable prices.

Amazing store with amazing staff! And, if they don't have what you need in store, they have extra products they can order in if you ask! And their products are so high quality! My pets love everything from here!! My definite go-to pet store! :)

Had our boy groomed today, in and out in two hours and a great job. Still a great pet facility. (My original review). Its as if your good friends owned a pet care centre. Heather and Shane are caring, knowledgable and generous with their time and advice. We buy our dog food there and get nails trimmed, full grooming, and lots of small treats and dog care items. Their grooming is the best we have ever found and even though their prices are very reasonable they offer a half price introduction to grooming, wash and trim for new puppies. We had that gentle introduction done on our puppy. Highly recommended. Right in the village of Carp.
