I was a little worried about buying dog clothes online but the customer service helped me a lot in sizing and even corrected my order to the right size when they noticed my choice was a bit off.
Great quality, very functional and truly Canadian. Love it!!!
(March 15, 2018, 3:34 pm)Love these jackets! I have two of them, the Rain Slicker and the Great White North. Both are of amazing quality, and I get asked often about them while out on walks. The sizing initially was a little bit tricky, but customer service was great and these jackets will last a long time! What a wonderful Canadian company.

(February 14, 2017, 8:25 pm)I've never found clothing that fits my weirdly-shaped American Bully, and Chilly Dogs not only has the biggest selection of sizes I've ever seen but just spent 15min on the phone with me reviewing my order and asking me questions to make sure they got it right. Super friendly, professional, and patient. Cheers from the US! Can't wait to get my packages in :)
