Please avoid this store! If you're black you will be labelled with Attitude when you don't agree with their store policy where they sell you items that are not up to standard. I think I just had my first racist encounter there with a store worker saying she is the assistant manager. Asking me to leave the store because I asked for the store manager and was told she's not available then I asked when is she available the assistant manager said I must leave the store because I have an "attitude" this is usually a sign that people associate you with a certain behaviour because of your race. Hence I was unprepared for this I had to leave and then it hit me I had my first open racist encounter at SALLY beauty store OTTAWA: Wow is all I could say Unaccceptable .. AVOID AVOID AVOID

Amazing customer service! I wanted help taming my bleached hair and the manager that was in really took the time to answer my questions. She didn't try to up-sell me and listened to my requests. The products are really working. Thank you for helping me fix my hair!

I sincerely appreciate the knowledgable and courteous staff. The store is always clean and well organized.

A notable mention goes to Amber-Lee, who takes the time to understand what results you're looking to achieve, any past issues with products, and what is most important to you (ie. lasting results, health of hair, etc). She provides all the suitable options, including pros and cons of each. This allowed me to make fully informed decisions on which products are best suited to my needs. To date, I've always been pleased with the results, as her advice has proven to be unfailingly accurate.

Nice clean store, organized. Staff well trained and know their stuff. It is a fairly busy store for their staff tho, makes it hard for stuff to fully help everyone and answer phones but I still give this place 5/5 stars !
