I had issues with my CPU and was looking for someone
here in Orleans to bring it for repair
After reading so many positive and existing reviews I was ready to contact GCOM Support Services to set a time as to when I could drop CPU off for a diagnostic.
Stephan responded quickly to set a mutual time for us to meet, we met
and he identified on the spot as to what the issues were and then provided me with a solution to have my PC running as quickly as it should.
I gave him the go ahead to carry out the repair and asked when I could pick it up, he didn’t disappoint, as it was ready before the scheduled time.
Any time I had questions, Stephan was patient in answering them mall.
I highly recommend GCOM Support Services for anyone out there that is looking to get their CPU issues resolved at a very competitive price.
Stephan is a true representation of an honest, knowledgeable, and respectful business, treating his customers with respect and understanding, demonstrating excellent Customer Service and who’s ready to go the extra mile to help his customer.
