(January 31, 2019, 3:48 pm)I came to Long & McQuade to buy my first guitar. They were extremely knowledgeable about their instruments and helpful throughout the entire process. There was no pressure to buy anything, and they were mindful of my budget and needs. Honestly, they were happier that I was interested in learning to play the guitar than actually making the sale..... For anyone in the same position as me and whose looking to pick up a new instrument, this is the place to go!!

Instruments are very well taken care of...set-up properly, no dust, no rusted strings, etc. Bought a Gibson ES-335 Studio from this store after visiting the Kanata store and was shocked by the terrible condition they kept their guitars. Really glad that I took a chance and went to the Orleans store. Found the same model in immaculate condition! And great service from start to finish! Loving my new guitar!
