We bought a plug and play hydropool from Orleans Hot Tubs. We are very satisfied with the product and the service (before and after purchase) we received from Mohammed.

We had a great experience from start to finish. We purchased our hot tub at the beginning of the pandemic, and our salesperson, Mohammed, was kind enough to give us a virtual tour of the hot tubs in stock at the store, explaining each in great detail. Once restrictions eased, we booked an in-store appointment and were extremely pleased at the precautions taken to make us feel safe but also impressed with the range of products available and knowledgeable staff. We were kept apprised of any updates throughout the process and received very quick responses to all of our questions. Mohammed even came to our house once we received our hot tub to explain how it works and guided us through the chemical process - truly excellent customer service! Thank you!

The service we received was impeccable! Our salesman Mohammed was very knowledgable about his products, and was extremely patient with us in deciding which hot tub was best suited for our needs. New to world of hot tubs and Swim Spas, having never previously owned one, in June 2019 we met with the professional, friendly and knowledgeable staff at Orleans Hot Tubs Pools.
