THE best selection of flooring in Orleans ! Marvelous service too ! I got one-on-one assistance from the very personable and professional Martine. She certainly knows her flooring and design aspects too. She made me consider something that I normally wouldn't have....and sure enough, it was JUST what I was looking for. No regrets....and I highly recommend Millennium (especially Martine).

They have a good selection of flooring and installed out bathroom and kitchen floors many years ago. Now I'm looking for more flooring as we do other renovations.

The installers did a great job with the hardwood flooring but the overall experience fell short. For example, we were delivered mislabeled flooring (something that should have been caught at the warehouse) and we were not informed when the installers were delayed by 90 minutes (they said they've had such issues with the installers before, it would have been easier to accept had this been a first!). Simple things that sours the experience, especially when we didn't feel that they were sorry for missing on such details. We are not planning to do business with Millennium Floor Covering again.
