Called Plumber On The Phone for a none urgent basement rough-in install. He was over the next day to provide me an estimate. I knew right away he knew what needed to be done and was available a couple of days later. I’m absolutely ecstatic that all my requests were realized and done perfectly. He was bang on with his estimate - no surprises. By far the best experience I’ve had with any trade at my home.
Rheal was on-time and wore a mask through the entire time he was in my home.

Called them late afternoon (non urgent issue) and Rheal came to fix two issues the next morning, on time and on budget. He did a great job, help me understand the issue (to prevent it from happening again), was polite, friendly and definitely knew what he was doing. Five stars well deserved! Merci!

Great experience. Response time was very short; he knew exactly what the problem was quickly; he was able to repair the issue very effectively and well. He was also honest and straightforward and made sure that his work was done well. Also, very honest with prices and value of the work being done, which is rare and excellent.
