“A really well known and popular dental surgery office. Administrative staff very kind and supportive. (Which is very refreshing in the medical industry) It was disappointing how far behind schedule they are. Wisdom teeth removal for a family member. Another family member had Grafting done. Two other family members also had surgical procedures completed here. All went well. It's the lengthy waiting and clearly scheduling too many appointments. Still waiting and already 45 minutes behind schedule. Makes it complicated when we have work and school schedules...so 3 stars, max. 5 stars on the actual procedures, though the surgeon assistants are tough... So it balances to a 4 star. #localguide”

“I have used this dental clinic and have always had great customer service and excellent level of work. I could always trust Dr Thaddee to lay down all the options for treatment available and he takes time to explain each one and answer questions. He does not push you to use his service or ask you first whether you have insurance and start pushing unnecessary services like some dentist in the Ottawa region like to do. the dental hygienist are great as well, making you feel comfortable and explaining what they are going to do as they go along. I've had my teeth cleaned with Valerie and she is so very gentle and sweet , she made my experience a nice one ,she is soft spoken and very efficient. I really liked how she made me feel comfortable about a month ago . Today Dr. A. Mirfarsi repaired two cavities and I did not feel a thing REALLY!!! I've had a lot of work done with Dr. Galipeau and she's always gone above and beyond to ensure that I am comfortable and without pain during the procedures.
