They provided a competitive quote and were very honest in telling me that one half of the roof was in great shape (had been partly redone by previous owner). In the end they replaced only half the roof shingles which saved me a good deal of money. The work was very professional and looks fantastic.

The response to my estimate request was fast and highly personalized, with Clayton taking the time to visit my property, understand my concerns, and to thoroughly inspect the roof. His hands-on approach, and his frank and friendly advice, helped explain and clarify a number of issues for me pertaining to the roof of my home. In fact, his inspection and subsequent advice have helped me reduce the scope of my project, and consequently its associated costs. He even took the time to help me undertake some temporary fixes to ‘problem areas’ (at no cost) until I can have the required work completed. Awesome customer service!!

He did not try to sell what was not needed, and in fact, after a closer look, the scope and price was less that originally thought, which is very important. Highly recommended.

Recently a couple of roof shingles were blown off by strong wind and we called Clayton (the owner) on weekend and was pleasantly surprised by his immediate response. Clayton came and fixed the shingle within 2 days free of charge. It's so easy to work with Clayton and a company that provides not only quality upfront work but also excellent post services.
