ARTISTIC NAILS and SPA

I have gotten my dip nails done here a few times after I was disappointed at a previous salon. The first time the manager did them and I was in love, the second time for my refill it was a different lady and although she didn’t speak clear English she was a sweet heart and made me feel comfortable and again I loved my nails. I went back a third time and this experience was different. I believe I had a student and she was very slow and did not do the process properly and the lady who previously did my nails had to step in to speed the process along. I am a very polite person so I didn’t say anything. The young girl also cut my finger open and she continued to work around it-I treated it at home but still got infected- and about 8 days after my appointment my nails started lifting and it was impossible to function to I removed them myself. (I was previously been an esthetician) my 1 hr appointment turned into 2 hours. The younger people seemed to be gossiping but I have no time to care I just wish it was the same service as before. The manager did come out and apologize and I didn’t ask for anything in regards to this. I am letting my nails build up some strength again before I get a new application of dip nails and I will be going back, I just may have to request someone ahead of time to ensure I do not get another student. I do truly enjoy this salon and the atmosphere and they have a great incentive for reoccurring customers! ????

I have been going to Artistic Nails and Spa for 5 years and find it to be the best place ever! Cindy, the owner and her staff are all very friendly and professional. The salon is spotless and a very relaxing place.

I believe that the negative reviews are from racists who believe that they should obtain a service for free as they do not value the legitimate business status of Artistic Nails and Spa.

There are many regular customers at Artistic Nails and Spa as they are all treated respectfully and not as a number like other places. I receive many compliments about my manicured nails and am asked where I get them done. Artistic Nails and Spa , the perfect place!

Any time I go they fit me in really quickly! I have been there twice so far each time got dip nails and they turn out extremely strong and beautiful! Very happy with them :)

I have been a customer of Artistic Nails & Spa since opening. The customer service and quality of work is phenomenal. The staff and owner are very pleasant and go over an above to please their customers. Its always a relaxing experience ! They never disappoint.
