I discussed a kitchen cabinet refresh with Jean-Maxime a couple of years ago at the Ottawa Home Show. Shortly after I had him come out and provide a quote and explain the process. Due to a long legal issue with an estate resolution we we unable to book the work until recently. Jean-Maxine honoured the original estimate he had provided two years earlier. His crew were skilled professionals and did an outstanding job while maintaining covid-19 protocols. The kitchen looks completely new and we are very pleased with the results. His crew went above and beyond and without a word quietly repaired a pocket door separating the kitchen from the laundry room that had damaged sliding rails. Greatly appreciated!

We used North Co Services for our kitchen cabinet repainting. There was a few minor issues but the owner (Daniel) was very responsive and reached out right away to make sure everything was addressed. Excellent client service!

We started our search at the Fall Home Show and met with 4 companies. After finding all the quotes to be similar in price we then went on to who we felt most confident and comfortable with during our dealings during the quoting process. We narrowed it down to 2 companies and then went online to see what the rest of the world thought. Based on that research we chose NorthCo.
Our project started in February, just before the pandemic, so the delays we experienced during the lock down were understandable as product deliveries were delayed and our instance on social distancing slowed down the workers. They adjusted to the changing situation and kept us updated as not every product delivery arrived when expected.
The NorthCo team were responsive and great to deal with even with the added challenges of COVID-19. The work they did was excellent and the attention to detail was what I would expect if I was doing it myself.
I would definitely recommend NorthCo and look forward to working with them again on our next project.
