“I was looking to change my blinds and a friend referred me to Iconic Blinds saying he had dealt with the company in the past and had nothing but good things to say about them. I contacted them and was not disappointed at all. They thrive on fast and friendly service and it showed. I was immediately responded to and got asked all the important questions (what kind of blinds am I looking for, how many blinds do I need, what my budget was) and so on. Within the same week, someone had come to my house to take accurate measurements of my windows and offer me a free estimate. Once I confirmed my order with them, they gave me an appointment in which 2 friendly installers came over to set up the blinds for me. They were fast, friendly and efficient. They also made sure to tell me several times that if I had any questions or issues later on, to feel free to contact them any time. The blinds were super nice and great quality. The owner of the company, Jesse, had also reached out the very next day to ensure everything went well and answer any questions I may have had. All in all, not a single complaint from my end. “I called A2Z about a nest of bumblebees i found in my basement. They were kind enough to dispatch a technician within 30 minutes even though it was a Saturday night. He spent an hour thoroughly exterminating the nest and explained me some things along the way. A job well done, and the next day there was not a bumblebee left alive. I only deduct 1 star because i thought the price was high for an hour of work and few materials.”

“We had a 35 year old, but good quality sofa and chair reupholstered by Frank Cantusci and are very pleased both with the process and the results. Nancy was very helpful in helping us select fabrics and explaining the process, without "sales pressure". Frank was very good at explaining the technical details such as the quality of our sofa frame, cushion foam requirements and other issues hiding underneath the pretty exterior. As a result, it "feels" at least as good as it looks. We did enough other local inquiries to know what to expect to pay, and their pricing was within the expected range. Pickup and delivery was on time, professional and courteous. Communications was good. No money exchanged hands until the job was completed. We would not hesitate to recommend this firm. And, they are "nice" people to work with.”

“Wayne is awesome! He was able to get to me quickly when I first contacted him, and was very patient helping me try to track down where those darn thrips are coming from. Had some great advice and was very patient responding to all my questions. So, when I spotted mice dropping... Wayne to the rescue! When he came to check the traps, I mentioned seeing baby wasps and so he had a look and provided advice for going forward. I also had him treat the exterior of our home to minimize pest damage. He will be my go-to guy whenever I have pest issue. Highly recommend him.”
