  One of the better Subways out there. Very clean establishment. Staff was super friendly and Cooperative. My sandwich was properly built and in order as opposed to just slapped together. What more could you ask for?

  This by far the best subway ever. I went in the other day to grab my favourite sub a simple cold cut combo. I was greeted by perhaps the most friendly counter person ever. Her name is Carrie and if you have the pleasure of having her make your sub she creates it to order. Attention to detail. Courteous and caring about the ingredients. Always with a smile and huge amount of customer satisfaction. This store previously in my opinion was the worst subway in Ottawa. And I know the owners there weren't interested in customer retention. But Carrie is an all star. Her customer service and answers to my good questions and allergies were beyond reproach. If you go here to get lunch or dinner ask for Carrie. Her subs are amazing! Owners here should really appreciate here efforts!!!!
