(March 5, 2019, 7:09 pm)I was purchasing furniture for a property that was in BC which made it more complex. The Design Consultants were very helpful and patient with me. I was having trouble choosing the fabric which required numerous trips to the store. I did not want to make a quick decision and be sorry. I would take the fabric watch home and think about it. This process helped me finally choose. It is not an easy process when you are buying custom pieces. Both Amy and Raylyn were very easy to work with, professional and always happy to help me with this process.
(March 1, 2019, 5:40 pm)Had a very good buying experience with Sandro Cristiano. He was polite, soft spoken and not the least bit pushy. He gave us our space to look around without hovering close by. When we had questions he was very knowledgeable about the products and explained clearly how the process of buying there worked. We will definitely shop there again.
(February 24, 2019, 8:07 pm)Lovely store, original pieces, many styles. It was our first time visiting this store. Amy was able to find exactly the piece of furniture we had been looking for. All we had was a picture. We were also looking at replacing our leather sofas. Amy is very knowledgeable and answered all our questions.
