“Brianna is so amazing! I was in a bind due to the hours because of covid. Their open times are the same as what I am currently working so I can only run over on my break. When I did unfortunately after waiting I had to leave because I had to get back to work. I totally understood but it was still stressful because I was going for a very important reason. When I got home I called and talked with Brianna. She was super sweet and made sure all my stress and worries about getting the task done in time would not be an issue. She assisted me on the phone and advised me on better times to come. She was so helpful and made the experience a lot more calm. 10/10 recommend this branch and Brianna if you see this you are amazing!!”

“I’m a middle aged man who has been to quite a few stores in my time. I’ve been around long enough to know a good store from a bad one, and this store is an outstanding store. The owner is a great one and he obviously cares about his business. You can tell by the way he interacts with his customers and the store is always clean. Every time I come in the staff are friendly and they greet me every time. Unfortunately the store has problems with people stealing and this really bothers me because he’s a family man and I’m sure it hurts him, but even with any problems the store has he’s always positive and treats all customers like they matter. I know this by seeing it by first hand experience. I’m not sure about the negative review below me, but nobody is perfect. What I will say is that the owner try’s his very best to take care of everyone and it’s obvious. This is very refreshing this day and age because not all business owners do, and he does care a lot. One of the best stores in Ottawa and I mean that. I’m at this store almost every day and I don’t expect that to change anytime soon. Keep up the great work!”
