(April 1, 2019, 1:45 am)Amazing staff, such a great facility! Loved the kickboxing class, not only was it energetic and fun the instructors really help to ensure you have proper form and feel comfortable in every class! Would definitely go back! Looking forward to CSMA expanding across Ottawa!
(March 28, 2019, 10:14 am)My son has been going to CSMA for the past 6 months and it’s one of the best decisions we’ve made. We’ve seen an improvement in his behaviour and his mental capacity. He’s improving in his ability to focus, concentrate and he loves to go to the classes. Every time we walk through the door it feels like a huge family and everyone knows his name.

Always friendly instructors who take the time to greet the kids by name as they come in for class (and that’s a lot of names to remember.. and they remember them all!). My Daughter loves coming here, not only learning Karate but making new friends as well. My Daughter is also part of The Black Belt Leadership Club which gives her the opportunity to take specialized classes like learning to use a Bo Staff as well as kickboxing. Not only do the instructors teach the kids Martial Arts, they also teach the kids how to set short and long term goals and steps to achieving those goals. I fully and sincerely recommend CSMA to anyone parent who considering Martial Arts for their Child! ????????????????
(March 27, 2019, 8:46 pm)CSMA is AMAZING. There are other martial arts studios closer to where we live but there’s no chance I would take my child anywhere other than here. The instructors are wonderful!
(March 27, 2019, 8:12 pm)My daughter has been going to CSMA for 4 years now. It offers amazing classes and great instructors that really care and take the time to get to know each students. It builds character and helps in discipline with children. The Dojo has a calm atmosphere that lets the children advance at their own pace without stress. We are very proud to be part of this wonderful community.

Little Ninjas (5-7) Our Little Ninjas program is geared towards children aged 5 to 7.  The Little Ninjas curriculum will not only teach your child the basics of martial arts, but will also begin to introduce them to specialized Karate patterns and Self-Defense techniques.
