The best part is, I don't have to think about what I'm doing and get corrected when my form isn't just right. Been going for a year now consistently and that says a lot for me!! I would recommend this gym to anyone who loves a challenge, and a great workout!

(February 5, 2019, 4:49 pm)OTF is not a gym membership...it is a commitment to fitness. You still have to do the work to get results, but the nature of the OTF workout is such that you will notice improved overall fitness within a few weeks (everyone is different obviously, but I noticed a marked difference in 2 weeks/8 classes). You will achieve your health and/or fitness goals faster and more efficiently, all while having fun! I love the diversity of exercise blocks that progressively challenge you throughout each session. No two classes are the same, which is key to keeping participants motivated and challenged. The coaches are extraordinary...they really seem to be invested in participants' success. I've lost 30 lbs in 6 mths and I'm the healthiest and fittest I've ever been (and I'm 47 yrs old!). There really is no workout like it! JUST TRY IT...YOU WON'T REGRET IT!!

The workouts are always different and can be as easy or as challenging as you want them to be. There is a competitive yet encouraging atmosphere among the members that helps you push yourself outside of your comfort zone and get real results. All of the coaches and staff are amazing and knowledgeable. The gym is always clean and full of high quality equipment. Love this place !!

(January 6, 2019, 6:27 pm)It is the most efficient workout because it is only 60 mins of your day, intense but fun class lead by amazing coaches who motivate and push me beyond what I thought I could do. Not only OTF made me stronger physically but mentally as well. The entire group of staff are just fantastic in what they are doing. I'm a much happier person now. Highly recommend to give it a try.
