(January 23, 2019, 6:46 pm)I called Climate Works to have a gas line moved for a dryer in my basement. Bill was great, he showed me what he was going to do, he was courteous and friendly and went the extra mile. When he checked to see if my gas fireplace was on after having shut down the gas line, he noticed that the pilot light was out and then told me it was not lighting properly. He took the time to check it and fix it. Now that's service!
