(March 29, 2019, 5:51 am)I drive from Gatineau to come to this gym. Its new, spacious, not too crowded, has great equipment and its open 24 hours. Cleanliness can be improved. Multiple occasions multiple used dirty disgusting towels litter the change room. Other than that its close to perfect.
(February 8, 2019, 4:10 am)One of the newest Goodlife gyms in Ottawa, I've been coming here since it opened. They learned from other locations, and the gym is extremely large with plenty of duplicates of machinery, making it easy to find one any time of the day - and not feeling like machines were just jammed together!
(November 26, 2018, 6:24 pm)Been working out here for almost two years now. Gym is still very clean, machines well maintained, not super busy and has a friendly atmosphere. Would recommend!
