  Leigh is honestly one of the best people I've EVER known. Her positive and uplifting spirits make me happy the moment I say hello to her. I am so thankful I have the privilege of talking to her biweekly. She helps me come up with SO many ways to cope with everything in my life whether it be school, friends, family, or anything else. Also, her recommendations about diet, supplements and vitamins are super helpful and so far I've seen major improvements. In addition, I've only been talking to/known Leigh for I think 2 months, and already she's helped me loads and loads. Thank you so much for everything Leigh, you're the best.

  Leigh has been an amazing support for me over the past few months, with a few sessions and a personalized meal plan I was able to manage my stress, anxiety and weight. She has a wealth of knowledge and her love for nutrition and interest in mental health makes sessions interesting and informative. Leigh helped me create a path that suited me, which no diet ever did. I really appreciate everything I've learned and will definitely continue working with Leigh in the future to continue my education of nutrition. You are what you eat :)

  Leigh is an absolute breathe of fresh air when it comes to learning about living a healthier lifestyle. Her approach is fun and un-intimidating making the process an exciting journey to self-realization and improvement vs a scary sad attempt at fad lifestyle changes.
